Authentication failed cannot connect Outlook to CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Hi. Accessing CRM 2011 using the browser works with both the internal URL and external URL (IFD). The Discovery and Organisation web services are also available using the browser.

    However, trying to configure Outlook from a machine in the same domain as the CRM server gives me an error (se below). The same happens when trying to configure Outlook on a PC on another domain (though with e-mail connected to Exchange in same domain as CRM server). Both ADFS and CRM are on the same server. Clocks are in sync with client. Using CRM rollup 15.

    Any idea what's wrong? I've found many people who has similar issues, but not been able to find any fix yet
