Does MS ad center act like Google as far as paying the website owners to place ads on thier websites?

with Google adsence you get payed to place ads on your site but i do not see anything about that here?

It doesn't do that yet. So far it is only like Google's AdWords. But I have seen postings on the boards here that say it is coming...
