Faisal,
It appears you are using a Compaq Presario CQ40 Notebook PC. The produce key which I appears in the MGA Tool are OEM keys for Asus and Dell systems. Currently the system is experiencing a Windows Vista Activation Exploit. Please visit Windows Vista Activation Exploit Details located here:
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/vista/AEDetail.aspx?ThreatID=0x000000008001B60B.
Recommended Actions
Follow the Windows repair process to disable the exploit then activate Windows with a valid product key. For more information, visit Windows Vista Activation Exploit Repair Process.
Should you need further guidance please view Description of the update for Windows Vista http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/vista/AEDetail.aspx?ThreatID=0x000000008001B60B.
Take care,
Stephen Holm, MS
