Open leads not showing when outlook is offline RRS feed

  • Dear All,

    When I am synchronizing my outlook with my server I can see all the open leads generated but when I am going offline I am not able to see any open leads except 3-4 leads on the view panel. They are all disappearing.
    As per my understanding once I sync my client pc with the server and go offline the data should not disappear .

    Can anyone pls advice me what went wrong?

  • Check the lead settings in Local Data.  You can access Local Data from Outlook when your CRM client is online by clicking on Local Data on the CRM menu.  I believe the default is to synchronize all open leads that you own, so any other leads would not be synched.
