Connecting to CRM 2013 using SDK RRS feed

    We are newbies to SDK and we are trying to connect but our connection string/authentication is failing.   We are using the following format. What are we missing. Your help will be much appreciated.

    We have IFD with On-premise

    Url=http://crm.contoso.com/xrmContoso; Domain=CONTOSO; Username=jsmith; Password=passcode

    The connection string looks ok.

    you put it inside the web.config/app.config or you are creating it in the code?
    the password contains special characters as ' & " = ? 

    the user is able to connect in the web browser?
