I am looking for ways to reduce the cost of selling for my client. Most marketing materials for CRM are focused on improving top line but what I need is info and statistics on how CRM can reduce the cost of selling. Examples would be, "CRM
reduces the number of required meetings by 30%", "CRM has an ROI of 110% in 1 year", "CRM reduces travel time by 20%", etc. If anyone can point me to resources like this that could help me build a business case for moving to
CRM I would greatly appreciate it.
