I am trying to renew my one care. I have only 1 email address, and no alternative. When I purchased the computer that I am now using, I did not have a personal e-mail address, only a corporate one, so the gentleman at the retail store made up a bogus e-mail address that is now inhibiting my renewal of the one care. I do not know what password that he used as the vendor set up the computer and intstalled all the programs. How do I get around this problem? I just want to renew my One Care!
