Error running outlook 2007 after installing CRM 4.0 client for outlook.

Hi guys,
Wanna try out the client for CRM4. but it always crashes my outlook. Search for the KB...etc... but nothing on this. This is a serious bug. I need to uninstall it to prevent outlook from crashing.

did you install the online or offline version? If your PC is not fairly new or have 2 GB of RAM, I would recommend that you install the online client to try out. Since the offline client also installs a SQL database, it takes a lot of resources.
the crm client includes a diagnostic tool--go start/all programs/Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0/ and you will see it. Run that.
I would also try re-running the configuration wizard (also located in start/programs/Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0). Run that and configure the Outlook client.

Apparently, I have no problems accessing the server via interent explorer. Anyways, I'm using the Online version.
I would like to link the information to my outlook. I'm using Outlook 2007 on windows XP. There is no problems found with the diagnosis. Wonder what bug there is to the CRM Add-on. Even Outlook prompt me to disable this addon as it causes outlook to crash.
