    Hi,

    Can someone confirm what tests are run when clicking on 'Test Access' in the 4.0 Email Router Configuration tool?

    For incoming tests, the test checks that the E-mail Router can examine the relevant inbox (user, queue or forward mailbox) to read e-mails.

    For outgoing tests, the test checks that the E-mail Router can send e-mails via the configured outgoing profiles.

     

    Does this cover what you were asking?

    Sorry, I don't have any further information about what each test actually does. I figure someone from Microsoft will know the answer.
