Hi,
Hope all are doing good. I acquired MCSA (2003 Server Management) in 2011. Currently i wish to do Microsoft certification related to server Management. What certifications should i posses now to work in a Microsoft enabled environment? Will it be advisable to do 2016 Server Management certification? Can i renew the existing 2003 Certification by taking certain number of papers of 2016 Certification? It will appreciable and helpful if you can answer.
Thanking you

Hello Nishad!
Since it was a long time ago since you took your last exam, I believe you would have to start from the beginning. I would advise you to take the Windows Server 2016 certification(s).
One way to go would be to go for the following:

- 70-741 - Networking with Windows Server 2016
- 70-742 - Identity with Windows Server 2016
If you want to continue your studies and your certification path, you can move on towards the following certification:a) To get obtain the MCSE: Core Infrastructure, you will be required to pass one (1) of the following exams:
- 70-473 - Designing and Implementing Cloud Data Platform Solutions
- 70-475 - Designing and Implementing Big Data Analytics Solutions
- 70-744 - Securing Windows Server 2016
- 70-475 - Implementing a Software-Defined Datacenter
