eCopy with Office 2010 RRS feed

  • Question

  • We just upgraded to Office 2010 on windows 7 64 bit platform and we use a software application called eCopy.  When we go to install eCopy, it fails to load the drivers for printing.  We have another Windows 7 32 bit PC running Office 2007 and it works fine.  Could there be something in Office 2010 preventing eCopy's printer drivers to not install?

Also, if there is an Add-in for Outlook 2010 that can save pdfs, I would love to know.

    Thank you.

  • Hello Peggy Burns.

64 bit versions of Windows require 64 bit drivers: if this software install a custom printer driver and that's not a 64 bit driver it could lead to problems.
I suggest you to contact the software's manufacturer and ask for more informations about the full compatibility of its program with 64 bit versions of Windows.

    Bye.
