CRM for Lacks of customers RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

One of my senior manager said that "CRM is not good if you have more number of accounts and contacts (for example banks are having lacks of customers)". According to his opinion CRM is good for small business organizations and not for big companies. Is that true?

  • Hi den_marks_98,

I am not talking about having CRM (means they are providing CRM), I am talking about using CRM (usage level of accounts and customers)

    what do you say?

  • IBM and Microsoft both use CRM systems. Microsoft used Seibold for many years. I do not not know how large an organization that you are in but I have worked with CRM in a company with 5000 people so it is can do it all.

  • Hi NarSrav, I don't understand. You work for Dynamics Exchange -- a Microsoft partner that sells CRM software and services. If your manager doesn't know that almost all large organizations already use CRM system I would be worried about his knowledge of the CRM software industry.
