    Dear sirs,

     

    Wich ports do I need to open in my company firewall ?

     

    Should I make some special configuration in my Firewall ?

    Hi Marcos Tito,

     

    You should be able to use SharedView without having to open any ports. 

    And there was a thread about firewall configuration at

    If you are experiencing similar issue as user KAKueh and Chris Brush, please try the recommend steps Maria Hristova suggested and see if it solves the problem.

    Hi Marcos,

     

    To clarify a bit, if you can browse the web, then SharedView should work fine (HTTPS Port 443 and HTTP Port 80).
