Need Guidance on Microsoft CRM 2011 Certification.

  If you have access to ParnterSource, you can get the exam prep guides and tools. You can get some of the documentation from the instructor lead courses. They go a bit more in depth than just the bullets points for subject areas on the exam.

  A few blog posts that might help:

  To my knowledge there are no Microsoft Press books or anything of the sort to help out. 

  Another option might be seeking out training courses in your region.

  From personal experience - the more hands on training/use you can get the better.
