Service Pack 2 download error RRS feed

  • Question

  • I attempted to download SP2 for Windows XP Professional, and I receive the message "The expected version of the product was not found on your system."  I installed all windows updates turned of my anti-spyware software, but still a no go.  This is the info from the diagnostic.  Any help is appreciated, as I've hit a dead end.
