Windows 10 for small tablets

Hello,

It has been a while since Micrsoft announced Windows 10 for small tablets. I wonder is there finally a way to install Windows 10 on small tablets that have a low memory so they can't install full Windows 10.

I really need this to start testing apps on tablet.

And ofc, for admin, I have probably missed forum category, but I didn't know where else to put this question, so pls move this question to appropriate forum category.

But I'm not so sure, your question should specific to a device that you haven't clarified. I think you need to clarify it first. I will move your case to "where is the forum for" and please clarify your device in detail.
