Your Diagnostic Report is showing Vista as Genuine and I'm not seeing any other error codes.
Would you re-run the Diagnostic Report, but make sure that the issue is occuring at the same time as you run the Diagnostic Tool. That will give me a snap-shot of what the problem is.
I'm going to close this thread as 'Answered', but once you get the new updated Diagnstic Report, create a new Forum Thread, post the report and also give a description of the issue and we'll work on the problem in that thread.
