  • Hi,

If you see the schema names of these attributes, they are CreatedOn (created on) and OverriddenCreatedOn (record created on).

The CreatedOn field is always system filled. Whenever you create a record, the CreatedOn will be the automatically filled in by the date and time when it was created. OverriddenCreatedOn will be NULL.

You should not update this value as it is unsupported. There are times when you would like to start using your records in CRM on a particular date or would like to have a different Created on date then the system set date. In that case instead of changing CreatedOn (unsupported), you can put your own values in OverriddenCreatedOn.

I hope this helps.  If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer.
