  • Ever since I had my pc repaired I have genuine issues that I never had in the past. So now what?

  • Your installation of Windows XP Pro is based on a Blocked Volume License Key - and so defined as counterfeit.

    For which version and edition of Windows is your machine licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?

    If it's for Windows XP Pro, try to Use the Product Key Update Tool - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/help/genuine/product-key to change the Key to the one on your COA sticker, then reboot and  post a new MGADiag report so we can confirm that everything went OK
