Email address and location info not filling when creating a new case RRS feed

  • Hi again. I have a bit on a problem getting the email address populated when a new case is being raised.

    The customer already has an account. When i open a "new case" to be logged, i look up the customer’s name; add them in, however the email address and location sections on the case isn't automatically populated.

    Is there a way to do this, I’m guessing it would require a workflow.

  • I have tried same on Opportunity page like on selection of Customer (Account) the email id of that Account should show on opportunity page.

    You have create a custom Field " Account Email Id" (in my case) and write workflow as below
