Exporting Workflow Process Customization from CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 !!! RRS feed

  • Hi,

    You can export a workflow from CRM2011 and import into CRM2013 (but just not the other way round!) I suspect that the issue is that you have a condition that compares against a business unit/user/team or record that doesn't exist in the target system. You should be able to open the workflow and find the condition that has the red cross against it - resolve any errors and then you should be able to reactivate the workflow.
