Update to vers 2 and now issues. CPU usage and Firewall error. RRS feed

    Version 2 forced itself upon me today and I am having 2 issues. 

     

    CPU usage is stuck at 50 percent by the processes winss.exe and services.exe. It is really slowing down the computer.  It is used for gaming and as of now it is hard to play anything.

     

    Also in the event log during boot up I am getting the following error:

    OneCare Firewall failed while executing the following method: WSALookupServiceBegin. Error Code: 0x8007276B, Error Message: WSAStartup cannot function at this time because the underlying system it uses to provide network services is currently unavailable.

    I seem to have fixed the problem.

     

    Onecare needs to have the service Network Location Awareness (NLA) running.  This occured is on Windows XP.
