New Computer, need Help!

  Hi guys I just brought a new windows 8 computer and have two problems.
  
  First problem... I can't install Norton internet security, i got a verification code and followed the instructions but cant seem to find a place on the website to put it in?? can you guys give me instructions on what to do for this?
  
  Also, I brought Microsoft Office 365 2013 edition but installed it in Estonian by mistake (i was tired lol). I went to PC world and the guy told me i should phone or email microsoft to release my code and re-install it in English.
  
  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am terrible with this sort of thing.
