I have a number of users who have been using the browser only for running CRM. Now they want to use the Outlook client. How do I get CRM to prompt the users to install the Outlook client.
Note: I know the you can enable/disable the Advertise Outlook to users in the message bar under system settings. In my case it is enabled. So I'm not looking for an answer to how you can enable it on a system level.
I suspect that there must be a local registry key or alike that is flipped once the user closes the message box.
