Microsoft CRM : Importing Data - problem with duplicated display name (urgent) RRS feed

  • I was trying to import a file called contact.csv to the contact entity and I used the import data wizard. However, when I selected the "contact" for the record type, I got the error message : There are two columns using the same display name. Please change one of the names.

    This was actually my second attempt to import the csv file. In my first attempt, I didnt get this error message. However, the import wasn't successful because of the look-up field. Did I accidentally create another contact entity or contact display names? What have been duplicated? How to undo this?

    I really appreciate your help.
