Our stage web (Asp.net/Sql server) application was working fine till Oct 30th . It has DS entitlement.
On the same day evening we reset the password for our stage application ID in both DIR and DS domains .
Application stopped working afterwards. We updated the new DIR password in all the places for Ex: IIS and app pool configuration, web.config. Application is not working even after we updated new DIR password. Nowhere we found DS configuration.
Our internal support team confirmed that both newly generated DIR and DS passwords are valid.
We checked with our internal support teams but we couldn’t find solution for this.
We even checked Load Balancer configuration but nowhere DS domain application ID is used.
