outlook.office365.com connection problem RRS feed

  • I have two fiber connections installed by same provider on same day two years ago.

    Suddenly I cannot connect to my mail on one of them. Internet provider (Fibia) cannot help.

    On both connections all other internet connections work fine.

    What to do?????

    Thanks for visiting our forum. Then here we mainly focus on general issues about Office desktop client, I am afraid little we can help regarding your query about outlook.office365.com connection. Personally I'd like to suggest contacting the provider again to see if they have seen others encountering a similar issue. Or you can post to Where is the Forum For…? for suggestions on a more appropriate forum to ask the question. Thanks for your understanding.
