This is a very open question that only asks for people's opinions. No one's answer will be a complete solution. Here are my opinions that are limited to my life experiences and deductions.
- Children must decide to explore and learn a technology.
- Children must be patient with themselves when they learn a technology.
- Children must learn to discover a technology's navigation system.
- Children must learn to set correct expectations with the capabilities of a technology.
- Children must learn how technologies can be connected to add capabilities.
- Children must be willing to adjust to changing technologies.
- Children must be willing to patiently teach others what they have learned.
I suspect you could replace the word "Children" above with the word "People" and they would still apply.
