  • Milo Bisconer,

The mgadiag report shows that you have installed a Dell OEM license for XP onto a non-Dell computer, which is under most circumstances is a violation of the End User Licensing Agreement.

Could you be more specific about the details of how you are being required to activate repeatedly?

Finally, please note that the mgadiag utility is identifying your installation of Office 2003 Pro as being Nongenuine (Office Status:  114 means nongenuine).  If this comes as a surprise to you, please return to the place of purchase and demand either genuine Office software or a refund.  In any case, please uninstall the nongenuine Office 2003 Pro installation from your computer.

  • I was made aware of the OEM illegal copy sometime back and purchased a new copy then used a key changer to correct the key on this machine. I have 4 copies of genuine WindowsXP and I only have 4 computers. I again checked the key finder for this machine and it is a genuine WindowsXP full version. I don't know if I should post the key in this site so I won't. So how can I fix this? I will have to review the Office 2003 I can't readily find my disk.

    Thanks for responding

    Milo
