Install Sharepoint Server 2013 - The specified program requires a newer version of Windows

  I am facing some issues when trying to intall sharepoint server 2013. I get the following error "The specified program requires a newer version of windows".

  I have Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 and I installed the .net 4.51 framework. What else I am missing?
