I restored my computer from a eariler point now it won't load at all RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have windows vista. I've just upgraded it to service pack 2 and deleted a the program real player thinking I didn't want it anymore. Before long I decided to want it back. Since I can only use the library for the internet because I don't have it, I decided to restore my computer to an earlier point. Falling asleep during this process, I woke up to my computer not connected to the power cord and my battery completely drained. Not thinking much of it, I decided to start it up. Coming to a not shut down properly page, I decided to start it normally. I didn't get to the log in page before it gave a pop up saying The page could not load, gave me the error code 0xc0000135 then said press the o.k button. I've tried safe mode, restarting from a last good login, restore from an earlier point, almost everything I could think off.
