    Hi WGA/OGA Proffessionals,

    Hi im Chris and im working under Microsoft too, under WGA Dept.
    is it ok if i ask some list of error codes, and proper solutions so i can
    help customers calling through phone.   well im just a csr but i do the part of researching...

    we do activation and validation.
    and im not good in office...

    is it ok if u guys can help me...
    can u guys give us a hand?
