  • Question

  • Hi All,

I am planning to do a certification in SQL Server 2005. Currently I am working on SQL Server 2005 and have a good amount of hands-on on T-SQL. I would like to get my self certified as soon as possible.I searched through many forums but was unable to figure it out.
Request you all to provide me some knowledge regarding the certification available so that i can achive the same.
    Awaiting for your inputs.
    Thanks,

  • Hello Vinay,

If you have the possiblility of taking your certification on Microsoft SQL Server 2008, I will strongly suggect you to go on the SQL2008 track.

You may know that the SQL2008 R2 is on the way. We were expecting that version to be named as SQL2010. But it is named as R2 on the existing 2008 versions.

So if you want a T-SQL exam on SQL2005, you can think of taking 70-431
But I will again suggest you SQL2008 by taking the 70-433 certification exam.

You can find my review at my blog on 70-433 TS: Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Database Development certification exam review
