Hi Marco,
If you are trying to setup a user on Outlook that has an exchange account and getting this error you should check the following.
1. Email Account is NOT hidden from the global address book.
If the email account is hidden then outlook will not find this when trying to confirm this user exists.
2. Confirm that the email address is correct.
If you are looking for mailbox MarcoB because this is your user account but you email is administrator@company.com you will need to check that the Exchange mailbox name is that same as you are entering into Outlook.
To change this you will need to open 'Control Panel' than 'Mail' in Windows XP and you can modify the email account records from there. It is more than possible that this is where your error is.
To do this in Windows Vista you need to right click Outlook and Select Properties.
There are other issues that can cause this, but do check the Local Workstation Mail Setup first.
