I am having the same problem with my Seagate FreeAgent. Ant suggestions. I went to settings and saved the backup info to my external hard drive. However when I go to start the back up. My computer is looking for c.d's.. HELP

Thanks, I figured it out. Exactly as you stated, thanks for the directions.. Hopefully this will work. I will try it now.
