I am having the same problem with my Seagate FreeAgent. Ant suggestions. I went to settings and saved the backup info to my external hard drive. However when I go to start the back up. My computer is looking for c.d's.. HELP

You will ahve to reset your backup plan and perform a new full backup. How to reset a backup plan -
