  Pls, i am havin morte than one candidate id's, they are:SR6978982 and SR7172943. Pls i need it to b merge as: SR6978982 bcos i already have a certificate on exin(ITIL) with this ID.

  need an urgent ans to proceed on the final stage of the exam.
