    I have status fair on my windows onecare. It says, Problems were found on your computer. This PC has problems that are affecting it's security & performance. Click fix it to fix them now. When I do that I get a blank screen. What should I do?

    I've scanned for viruses, check for updates, tuned up & backed it up?
