Security Issue - View ALL Emails in Activities RRS feed

    I'm looking at locking down the emails that are cached in CRM 4.0 given that its making highly sensitive information available to the whole business.

    When viewing activities, type=email and view=All Email, anyone with a user account on CRM can see all emails in and out of CRM. This includes internal emails as well as our B2B stuff. Clearly, internal emails are not for the consupmtion of all however it seems to me that its ALL or Nothing if I want CRM to automate imports to CRM.

    Ideally, I would like only emails that have been manually "Tracked" or those automatically identified as having a Company/Contact/Lead account in CRM.

    Anyone know of a solution to this?
