Email router not removing messages from a POP3 mailbox RRS feed

  • We have setup the email router to retrieve messages from a POP3 mailbox. The messages are going into the queue just fine. We get duplicate messages in the queue because the email router is not deleting the messages from the POP3 server after the initial download. Do I need to adjust the settings on the email router or is this a "feature" of the email router?

  • The issue was resolved by updating the Email Router software with Update Rollup 1 and 2 for CRM 4.0

    Hopefully this will help others in the future
