After re-install Windows 7, it became Not Genuine

Question
-
Hi there,
I have Windows 7 home basic pre-installed on my Dell N4110. I upgraded to Windows 8 then 8.1, my laptop got into so many trouble. So i decided to clean-install Windows 7 Home Basic 64 bit and insert the product key from the bottom of the laptop. After activation, it said that Windows is activated but the genuine icon keep showing beside it.
Anything I can do to resolve this?

telephone activation (operator calls)
Click on the Start button
in the Search box, type
SLUI 4
and hit the Enter key
follow the instructions, but when asked which service you require by the telephone ansafone, do NOT reply - this should force an operator to respond, who can deal with you
