    Hi,

    Logout CRM application if user idle for 10 mins.Can any one tell me how to do it?

  • Since CRM uses Active Directory credentials, this would be tricky.  First, you would need to change the security settings of Internet Explorer to prompt for authentication.  You would then need to force the browsing session to timeout similar to closing the browser and reopening it.  Redirecting them to another page would not work because their browsing session would still be "alive".

    A more simple solution would be to use Windows' screen saver and set it password protect.  You could set the screen save to turn on after 10 minutes of inactivity forcing them to log back in.
