    first post woo hoo!

    getting the following everytime i open a remote session on my Windows server 2008 standard server. I am wanting to use this server in production and have a valid license code from our Select license agreement.

    as always, any help greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for visiting the Genuine Advantage forum. I see that your version of Windows Vista is a KMS Client. As you may know, KMS Client versions of Windows Vista are used by Large Companies, Universities, or Government Agencies to easily manage large numbers of Windows Vista installs within their organization. 

    KMS Clients activate by connecting to a KMS Server (i.e. KMS Clients do not connect to Microsoft to activate). I suggest contacting your organization’s Network Administrator or IT Department for assistance in connecting your KMS Client to their KMS Server.
