  • After update, my keyboard stops working or slot into recognized by pc. Can anyone help me. I'm writing this using on screen keyboard . Thankyou

    MSDN is the Microsoft Developer Network and is generally for software and Hardware development questions on Microsoft platforms.  With that in mind, I have two suggestions for you:

    1. The Manufacturer of your PC will know the exact hardware you have and can provide you support regarding the specific issue you are having.

    2. Answers.Microsoft.com is the correct venue for non-developer questions.  You might look at existing issues around the Keyboard and updates (https://www.bing.com/search?q=keyboard%20after%20update site:answers.microsoft.com&FORM=QBDCRD)
