As far as I am aware, Aspire Ones are not sold with Win 7 Pro pre-installed. For what version and edition of Windows is your machine licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?If it is indeed licensed for Win 7 Pro, then try changing the Product Key in use to the one on the case and activating it - you will need to do so by phone. If it's not licensed for Win 7 Pro, then you'll need to back up your data to external media, and do a Recovery back to ex-factory state (see your manual for details).

Unfortunately, Windows 7 Professional was not an available OEM SLP Acer factory option for the Acer Aspire One netbbook.

Google is your friend. From the Acer support site:
http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2631
To start the system recovery:
- Restart the computer.
- When the Acer logo appears on the screen, press the Alt and F10 keys repeatedly.
- If you are prompted with a Microsoft Windows boot screen, press the Enter key.
- After the system recovery application has loaded, follow the prompts to reinstall the Operating System.
If the ability to reinstall from the previous method is not available or fails, recovery of the Operating System will need to be from Recovery Media.
