Can one reset the default solution to default? RRS feed

  • We have a client who has tried making their own changes to CRM. They have of course made those changes in the default solution rather than in a controlled solution and now we need to tidy up that system for them. Is there any way to reset the default solution back to the original installed default?

  • The default solution contains all customisations, and there is no way to revert it back.

    One course of action would be to create a new organisation (via Deployment Manager), and then only import the customisations from solution that you want to keep.
