unable to submit software for replacement RRS feed

  • I have completed the online "report piracy statement" 3 X's now. It has failed to provide a print option to submit as required for free replacement. Nor was I directed to a page with an address of where to send the packet. It has gone as far as to receive a false address from a microsoft phone employe. Google Earth says that street does not exist in the city I was directed to send it to. Pretty bad customer relation there.
     
    Does anyone out there have any suggestions?

    For what product, and from what country, are you attempting to submit a piracy report? Once I get that information I will be able to direct you appropriately.
