Sending E-mails directly to CRM 2011 Online RRS feed

    We have an E-mail router that is configured to send outgoing emails from activities generated within CRM, as well as the ability to create new incoming emails that have been sent to the forward mailbox which are replies to a email activity that was created in CRM. 

    My question is this: Without using Microsoft CRM for Outlook, is there any way to create a rule which can be used so that any incoming email can be perceived by the router as an email that needs to be created as an activity in Respond? 

    It seems that the only way to receive emails in CRM is if they have a matching subject line or email token as compared to an existing email activity in CRM, which means that they must first originate in CRM. I need to find a way around this. You could create an email activity with a specific subject line and use smart matching so an email with an identical subject line coming in would be perceived as a reply, but this is not an elegant solution.
