If OneCare has just updated to 2.x and OneCare is urging you to subscribe and reporting that it has expired, and you believe this is incorrect, please do the following:
- Verify the PC date and time are correct
- Sign in with your subscription LiveID at http://billing.microsoft.com and confirm that your subscription is not due to be renewed in 30 days or less.
Assuming that both of the above are true, then you are being impacted by a OneCare server side bug that the OneCare team is working to identify and resolve. Please stand by until it is resolved. If you wish to contact support, see the FAQ to do so:

Note that you can't activate again with the retail key. It can only be used once to activate the original subscription. From that point on, activation for a reinstall or when installing to a 2nd or 3rd PC uses the LiveID that the subscription was created with.
