Share folder cannnot access by IP but can access by Server name

  Hi all,

  I facing a issue which is i cannot access server file with using IP.it will keep on prompt out username blank and ask for login.Even i using DC administrator also still showing access denied.but when i access by Server name its OK no problem at all.Share folder security for everyone is full control.

  i have try to restart server but the problem still persist.Look for advice.
