CRM 4.0 Integration with Speak easy (VOIP Phone System) RRS feed

  • Hi All,


    One of my partner has the below requirement:

    When a customer calls the support line, we would like the following to occur,


        -     Dialog box from our phone system to appear to let us know a call is coming in

        -     Upon answering, the phone number is searched for in CRM and the Account associated with that phone number to be opened


    Our tests indicate that c360 third-party tool cannot be used  as partner phone system(speak easy) does not seem to have a TAPI interface. Please let me know if any other thirdparty vendor can be used to achieve it.




    Can we use CCA to achieve this requirement?  if so, any related document would be helpful.
